At Island Affairs, we are committed to providing reliable shipping and delivery services to all our customers. Additionally, we take great pride in distributing quality groceries to our valued customers. After refund is Initiated please allow 3-5 business days for processing after which the money will return to the original form of payment. Please be aware that we DO NOT offer refunds on perishable items nor meats.
Return/ Refund Policy
Customers have three (3) days of receiving the package to request a refund, upon courier’s confirmation. Noteworthy, we require a receipt confirmation or any proof of purchase before we can issue any refund.
- Item (s) must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging that it was in upon receiving it.
- Items that were mark up as sale are not eligible for return.
- We don’t refund perishable goods such as potatoes, cocoa, yam, plantains etc. The same goes for meat and fish.
- items that were purchased with gift cards/ certificates can’t be refunded.
